Had a problem with my intercom system and thought I needed a power supply. They had it in stock, but when I went to get it Ernie was kind enough to double-check my diagnosis. He gave me a couple of fuses and suggested I try those first. Voila! The intercom came back to life. I’ll definitely purchase the replacement system from him when I need it. Nice guy and very, very helpful.
