E. Security Alarm Systems Inc. provides a 30-day, money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items, batteries, wires or items purchased from our clearance or discontinued parts page or items being returned due to no fault of E.Security Alarm Systems Inc.

Simply notify us by phone at 954-382-1187 (9A TO 5P – Monday to Friday EST), and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. A 25% restocking fee will apply if items are being returned due to no fault of E.Security Alarm Systems Inc.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error. Defective items or Items that was shipped wrong by us that weighs five pound or less must be returned USPS (Priority or Parcel Post). Insurance is recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Items over five pounds, must be returned UPS GROUND. While we offer free shipping on orders of $100.00, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from the refund for the return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Orders that are refused are still considered returns, and as such the restocking fee and shipping costs both ways will be incurred

The following terms must be met by you.
Please note: Merchandise which has been installed, connected to power, programmed or modified or used in any way is not returnable for credit. If any product fails to perform according to the manufacturer’s specifications, you may return it for warranty service. Used merchandise cannot be returned for credit or refund.

• Return the merchandise to us within 30 days of your original receipt of the order.
• You MUST call us for RMA Number.
• The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
• You must include all packaging materials, inserts, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Merchandise that is returned with missing items is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise over $500.00 is considered a special order and subject to a restocking fee of 25% if cancelled, no exceptions.
• Packaging materials, seals, must not be torn or damaged.
• You must pay any return shipping expense.
• Display the RMA# prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue a refund. You may also elect to receive store credit towards another purchase.
