Ernie came to our house on time (a big deal here in South Florida) to fix our M&S Systems chime, but we weren’t home. He graciously phoned us and arranged another appointment. This time we were at home when he, again, arrived at the agreed-upon time. He replaced our missing chime module and fixed a wiring problem all in under an hour. We will definitely be calling E.Security Alarm Systems again for our home electronics concerns. Thank you, Ernie!
